Pub. 1549. This piece should be interpreted as a parody (in the comedic sense; an inversion and subversion) of Guillaume Guéroult's over-lugubrious text to "Susanne un jour", the first setting of which (Didier Lupi's) had been published the previous year.This edition is offered at original pitch for S.A.T.B. or transposed down a fourth for A.T.T.B.
Lyrics: Anon

Alix tells two old biddies
That her husband is too randy
And she often denies him
when he wants to lay siege to her.
Then she bewails loudly:
"I beseech God, who confuses me,
Since now he's telling me I must;
There was never so great a sin in the world".
