Malade si fut ma mignonne
Quelque jour et je lui disaie:
"Que vous sers ce qu'on vous ordonne;
Faut que votre médecin soie,
Si vous enseignerai la voie.
Pour tôt guérir sans grand mystère
II ne vous faut qu'un bon clystaire,
Tel que je vous préparerai;
Et si serais l'apothicaire
Car moi même le baillerai".

So if my chickabiddy were to get ill anytime
I'd say to her:
"You'll get what you're prescribed;
I'll have to be your doctor
If I'm to show the way.
For prompt healing without much ceremony
You need only a good suppository,
Like the one I'll prepare for you;
And since I'm to be the pharmacist,
Then I'll administer it myself".
