The final movement of Hook's Concerto Op.20 no.3 from "Three Grand Concertos for the Organ, Harpsichord or Piano Forte with accompaniments for Violins, Oboes, Flutes, French Horns, Trumpets, Bassoons and Violoncellos, As performed at Vauxhall Gardens." The instrumental parts have not survived, but would have added little to the musical experience other than brute volume at iterations of the unembellished theme.
