Une fillette à son vicaire alla
Se confesser, et dit qu'elle a ètè
Avec garçons sur le soin en l'été.
"Lors", dit le prêtre, et qu'avez-vous fait là?
Confession doit être toute entière".
La fille dit riant en tel manière:
"Messire Jean, ne savez-vous pas bien
Que garçons font aux filles sur le soin?"

So this young girl goes for confession
To her vicar and mentions that in the summer she'd been
In tutelage with boys.
"So", says the priest, "What did you do?
Your confession must be comprehensive".
The girl, laughing, replies thus:
"John, sir, don't you know perfectly well
What boys do to girls in their tutelage?"
