A motet for Advent, publ. Prague, 1586.
Lyrics: Latin antiphon
Lætamini cum Jerusalem,
in exultate ea,
omnes qui diligitis eam in æternum.
Nascetur tibi parvulus,
et vocabitur Deus fortis.
Ipse sedebit super thronum David patris eius,
et imperabit sine fine.
Rejoice ye with Jerusalem,
and be glad with her,
all ye that love her for ever.
For unto you a child is born,
and he shall call his name the mighty God.
He himself shall sit upon the throne of David his father
and he shall rule without end.
