From Flores melodici, Douai, 1611. Probably written for St Cecilia's Day celebrations particular to that city.
Lyrics: Anon
Cantantibus organis Cæcilia virgo
Domino decantabat dicens:
Fiat Domine cor meum et corpus meum
immaculatum ut non confundar.
Sancta Cæcilia ora pro nobis.
While organs played, the virgin Cecilia
sang to the Lord saying:
Let my Lord make my heart and my body unspotted,
that I may not be confounded.
Saint Cecilia intercede on our behalf.
