A motet marking the flight into Egypt. From Sententiae Insigniores, Dresden, 1584.
Lyrics: Matthew, ch.2, v.20,21
Arise, and take the babe and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the babe's life.
Then he arose up, and took the babe and his mother, and came into the land of Israel.
Arise, and take the babe and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the babe's life.
Then he arose up, and took the babe and his mother, and came into the land of Israel.
